How do I schedule an estimate?

Free estimates are available weekdays, evenings and Saturdays by appointment. Call us at 519-662-2799 before you stop by and we will be happy to take a look at your vehicle.

How long does an estimate take?

Depending on the extent of damage, an estimate usually takes about 10 to 20 minutes.

How much does an estimate cost?

Estimates are free.

How do I schedule a rental car?

If you need a rental car, we can make the necessary arrangements for you. We have contacts at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Check with your insurance company to see if you have rental coverage. Insurance companies will only cover the cost of your rental if it is on your current policy, and there may be specific limitations.

When do I pay my deductible?

You will pay your deductible directly to Kropf's Kustom when your repairs are complete. The amount of your deductible is determined by your insurance policy. If you have questions regarding the amount you are responsible for, contact your insurance company.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, cheques or cash.

How do you match the colour?

Only experienced refinishing technicians trained in precision color matching will work on your vehicle during the painting process. We use DuPont paint and DuPont's ChromaVision colour matching system.

DuPont Performance Coatings - Refinish Systems is the largest global manufacturer of coatings for aftermarket car repair, providing technologically sophisticated and environmentally responsible coatings.

DuPont ChromaVision is a portable, computerized color matching system that views and reads the actual car color, and transmits that reading into the ColorNet computer system. ColorNet compares that reading to the ChromaSystem formulas and alternates, then retrieves or creates a blendable match.

Do you offer towing services?

If your vehicle is unsafe to drive, we can arrange for it to be towed to our shop.
